I got this for my wife who was after a smart watch to wear whilst she was at work. It arrived on time and was well packaged. The quality of the watch is good and provides a nice visual and customisable display. It keeps track of steps, calories, fitness routines. It has driven her to try and get a high step count to keep fit. It also connects well with her mobile providing various notifications when she does not have her mobile on her person. Great buy and have not had any problems with it.

It does as a watch with extra features
I’ve been using the watch for home life and exercise. It measures heart rate and can do various exercise task time measurements to track calorie burn, however this seems to be time based rather than measuring anything else. Various exercise types can be selected but I use the Integrated Training option as a search of the internet suggested that this meant weights. It measures sleep but confuses sleep with calmly sitting down a lot of the time. I had one day where it told me I slept 34hours (picture) which is impossible based on the length of a single day. I have used it to set my phone playing music, and it gives me message notifications for texts and apps like SnapChat. I don’t understand the blood pressure or blood oxygen measurements but it does those too. Wearing it too tight at night I got too warm and woke up to the smell of burning rubber (the strap) which left a slight burn on my arm (faded now). Overall, a relatively cheap watch that can do other things with questionable accuracy. I would recommend as a first go at using one but will likely upgrade in future.
